Return Policy

Our products are unique by design and will be a great addition to your adventurous days ahead. Surfboards are handcrafted by local shapers and will never be exactly the same from one board to another. This is what makes them so special. Non-Surfboard items

For up to 30 days from date of purchase, we’ll gladly accept merchandise that is in like-new condition in their original packaging purchased on Sociosurfco.com for full refund return. Refund will be applied back to payment method that was used to purchase the products originally. If you wish to return an item(s), email support@sociosurfco.com with your order number and the item you wish to return for our customer service team to review the order and issue an RMA (Return Autorization Number). Our team will then email you a return shipping label to mail back the item(s) free of charge. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from date of issuance. Your return Package must be received at our facilty by the expiration date of the RMA. Once we receive the item(s) within the allotted 30 days of the RMA issuance, we will refund to your original form of payment. If you return your items after the 30-day limit we may be able to offer you Socio Surf Co web-store credit.

How to Return an item:

- Call us at (904) 465-1257 or e-mail us at support@sociosurfco.com

 

- Securely pack the items to be returned, use the provided shipping label and drop off at shipping location within allotted time period. 

- Once your item arrives back at our facility and has been inspected (for like-new condition), a refund will be processed for all eligible returned items. Refund payment will be returned to original form of payment. We strive to process all returns within 2 days.

Surfboards

All boards must be fully inspected by customer when the carrier is present or at pickup and must note any discrepancies on the shipping form prior to signing for the product. All damages that are not found during inspection with the carrier precent or at pickup are not the responsiblity of Socio Surf Co. We are committed to take all necessary measures to ensure products are secure and safely packed for transit. In the unlikely event of damage, please contact us within 24 hours via email support@sociosurfco.com (Best way). Or you can also call us at (904) 465-1257.


Shipping

We are currently only setup to ship domestically in the United States. We are working on an international shipping option. Note that there are restrictions on some products that legally can't be shipped to certain states. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery costs for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and dimensional based. Let's not over complicate it! If we are shipping a surfboard a flat rate $175 will be added for shipping. We will take care of the rest!
